It is designed to be radical in its height, in order to anticipate the future development of the high-rise in the centre of Rijeka.
In a coastal city of dying industry along the shoreline and socialist dwellings in the background, double glass facade acts as a membrane that softly dilutes and merges silhouettes of the sky, sea and the city
